Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Make pie crust.
    Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Add lemon juice and rind.
    Mix sugar, flour and salt, then add to lemon mixture.
    Stir in melted butter and milk.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Put into 425\u00b0 oven for first 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until firm.
