Jewish Onion Pletzyls(Flats) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salt
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    8 onions, thinly sliced
    poppy seed
Preparation
    In a large bowl sprayed with Pam mix flour, sugar and salt. Add eggs, oil, warm water and yeast mixture.
    Mix and form into a ball, dough will be loose.
    Cover ball with oil, cover bowl with towel and put into a prewarmed oven (180\u00b0 and then shut off) to rise until double (about 2 hours).
