Ingredients

2 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 1/2 c. margarine
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Soften margarine to room temperature and blend with pudding mix.
Add flour and mix well.
Roll into little balls.
Put on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with bottom of glass.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Cool on rack.
