Apricot Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
    1 c. 7-Up or Sprite
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Preparation
    Heat 7-Up or Sprite just to boiling and dissolve jello in it. Cool slightly.
    Add sour cream using a wire whisk until smooth. Add pineapple with juice.
    Pour into a mold or rectangular dish and refrigerate until firm.
