Beef Kabobs(4 To 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. steak sauce
    1/4 c. water
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 lb. beef sirloin tips, cut into 1-inch cubes
    16 small yellow onions, peeled
    2 red peppers
    2 green peppers
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine steak sauce, water, brown sugar, mustard and lemon juice.
    Blend well.
    Add beef cubes and toss coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour (but no longer than 24 hours) in refrigerator. Bring 1-quart of water to a boil. Boil onions for 10 minutes.
