Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    sugar and cinnamon
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, then add margarine, shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Chill dough.
    Roll in walnut size balls.
    Roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
    Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
