Ingredients
    1 potato per person
    safflower oil
Preparation
    Slice potatoes crosswise into paper-thin rounds; brush with safflower oil.
    Bake on a Teflon baking sheet at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Turn; bake 15 to 20 minutes or until brown and crisp.
