Hot Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
    vanilla ice cream
    1 can condensed milk
    3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 to 1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Melt chocolate squares with condensed milk and cook until very thick.
    Add hot water, salt and sugar and cook until mixture is very smooth and of desired thickness.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla.
