Enchilada Pie(Makes Two 8-Inch Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    snack size tortillas
    1 (15 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 bunch ground onions, chopped
    1 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) chopped black olives
    sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add enchilada sauce, onions and olives. In cake pan, layer: tortillas, meat, sauce and cheese.
    Top with tortilla; pour 1/2 can tomato sauce over each pie and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Put sour cream on serving.
