Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini (not peeled)
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer on low speed about 1 1/2 minutes until well blended. Add zucchini and melted, cooled chocolate; stir to blend.
Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add dry ingredients, chocolate chips and nuts to egg mixture. Stir just enough to blend in dry ingredients.
Pour batter into a greased and parchment lined or greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes.
Turn out of pan and cool on rack.
