Apple Swirl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
15 oz. jar applesauce (1 2/3 c.)

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a tube pan.
In small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar.
In large bowl, blend cake mix, applesauce and eggs until moistened.
Beat 2 minutes at highest speed.
Pour 1/2 batter in pan and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Cover with remaining batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 or 40 minutes.
Cool upright in pan 25 minutes.
