Chocolate Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    German chocolate cake mix
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. or more milk chocolate chips
    1 can milk chocolate frosting
Preparation
    Prepare German chocolate cake mix by directions on box.
    Pour 1/2 the batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 15 minutes.
