Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Soak cracker crumbs in milk.
    Then mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a buttered baking dish and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
