Heart Surgeon'S Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 medium slices hard salami
1 pkg. cream cheese

Preparation

Separate the salami slices in 2 stacks of 5 slices and lay flat on breadboard.
Spread soft cream cheese on four slices and then put them together like a layer cake.
Wrap in cellophane and chill for 1 hour.
Cut the stacked slices like a cake.
Place toothpick in each slice and garnish with slice of black or green olive.
Guaranteed to make a Manhattan taste better!
