Easy Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped cooked chicken
    2 c. sour cream
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
    10 (10-inch) flour tortillas
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients.
    Fry tortillas one at a time in 2 tablespoons oil in medium skillet 5 seconds on each side or until softened.
    Add additional oil if necessary.
    Drain on paper towels. Place a heaping 1/2 cup of chicken mixture on each tortilla and roll up.
    Place seam side down in baking dish.
