Date Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 c. dates
    5 Tbsp. Karo
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cook sugar, milk and dates until it forms a soft ball (238\u00b0). Remove from heat and add nuts and stir until hard enough to form a ball.
    Pour mixture onto a greased tea towel and form into a loaf shape.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and store in refrigerator.
