Chocolate Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs
3 heaping Tbsp. cake flour
1 Tbsp. water
3/4 c. sugar
3 level Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Separate eggs; beat yolks until light and fluffy.
Slowly add 1/2 of the sugar, beating well.
Add vanilla; gently fold in flour mixture, using water to lighten the batter.
Beat egg whites until frothy.
Add remaining sugar gradually.
Beat until soft peaks form.
Gently fold mixture into egg whites.
Spread in a large jelly roll pan that has been greased and lined with waxed or parchment paper.
Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Turn out on a towel sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
Peel paper off.
Let cool slightly and roll up.
