Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon jello (3 oz.)
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, blended with 1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. chopped celery (2 or 3 ribs)
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 can corned beef, broken into pieces
Preparation

Combine boiling water, lemon jello and cider vinegar.
When cool, add the cream cheese blended with mayonnaise.
Add celery, green pepper, eggs and corned beef.
Pour into lightly oiled 8 x 10-inch pan.
Refrigerate overnight.
