Yogurt Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 1/4 c. low-fat yogurt
    2 tsp. soda
    safflower or similar oil
Preparation
    Mix soda and yogurt in a bowl until it foams up.
    Add immediately to flour and mix until fairly smooth.
    Add a little water if too stiff.
    Fry in a small amount of safflower oil (or similar).
    Good for dieters.
    Serve with applesauce, or brown sugar, for lower calories.
