Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    3 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Roll nuts in\tflour.\tSift
    soda and salt into the remaining flour. Add flour
    and buttermilk alternately.\tAdd nuts.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
