Grandma'S Cocoa Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    1 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Using an electric mixer, cream butter.
    Add sugar and cocoa; beat until creamy.
    Add egg; beat until fluffy.
    Sift flour with baking soda.
    Add 1/2 cup flour mixture to creamed mixture; blend well.
    Add 1/2 cup sour cream; blend.
    Alternate 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup sour cream, blending well after each addition, until all ingredients are used.
    Bake in paper lined muffin tins at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Frost with powdered sugar.
    Makes 2 dozen.
