Chicken Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. wine
3 c. crushed peppercorns
2 cloves garlic
salt
tomato paste
2 cans water
2 fresh tomatoes
onion
bay leaf
pinch of sweet basil
carrots, chopped
lemon juice (capful)
Preparation

Cook all day.
Put through a strainer.
Serve over chicken that has been boned, breaded and baked.
