Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped or minced garlic
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. chili powder
    pepper and salt to taste
    1 can tomatoes, mashed
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can water
    1 tsp. sugar
    celery and parsley (small amount)
Preparation
    Peel, devein and wash shrimp. Cook onion, pepper and garlic in margarine until tender. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add tomatoes, sauce and water. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. May add more water, if needed. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp changes color. Serve over rice.
