No Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine butter, sugar and flour.
    Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch pie pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Test for doneness.
