Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, mashed squash
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. crushed saltine crackers
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Pour in greased baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
