Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. rhubarb, cut
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients until crumbly.
    Combine rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla.
    Put this mixture in a square pan or 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Spread crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
