Hawaiian Paradise Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 graham cracker crusts
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 c. macadamia nuts or walnuts, chopped
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix Cool Whip and condensed milk.
Blend in pineapple, coconut, and nuts.
Add lemon juice last to set mixture like gelatin.
Pour mixture into pie shells and refrigerate.
You can sprinkle loose graham cracker crumbs or nuts on top, if desired.
