Italian Custard Toast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. sugar
6 slices Italian bread, cut 1-inch thick
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except bread.
Pour 1/2 of mixture into a generously buttered 8 by 8-inch baking dish.
Add bread; top with remaining egg mixture.
Cover and set in refrigerator overnight.
