Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can chocolate syrup
Preparation

Mix all ingredients but chocolate chips and syrup.
Put half of batter in bowl and add chocolate chips and chocolate syrup. Put half of the yellow mixture in baking pan.
Then add half of chocolate mixture.
Put the rest of the yellow in pan and finish with the rest of the chocolate mixture.
Swirl a little with a knife.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Don't overbake!
