Turkey Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced roasted turkey
    1/2 stick or 1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    4 tsp. paprika
    4 oz. mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    7 oz. pkg. noodles
Preparation
    Melt 1/2 stick butter in skillet.
    Add onions; cook until tender.
    Blend in flour and salt.
    Remove from heat.
    Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
    Cook until mixture thickens. Reduce heat and add paprika.
    Add mushrooms and turkey.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and heat.
    Add poppy seed and 2 tablespoons butter to drained, cooked noodles.
    Toss together lightly.
