South Dakota Cheesecake - cooking recipe

graham cracker crust
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 c. water
3 tsp. lime juice
Preparation

Make graham cracker crust for 9 1/2 x 11-inch pan.
Cool evaporated milk and warm cream cheese.
Dissolve Jell-O in water. In blender, combine milk, cheese, Jell-O and lime juice.
Pour into pie and freeze.
