Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2/3 c. Estee granulated fructose
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Cream margarine and 1 cup flour, mixed with salt, baking soda and fructose.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Add remaining flour and buttermilk alternately.
    Add vanilla and bananas.
    Put dough in greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Cool bread on its side.
    Store in plastic bag in refrigerator.
    Makes 18 slices.
