Sour Cream Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. corn meal (white cornmeal)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Blend in sour cream, oil and corn.
    Mix corn meal, salt and baking powder. Add to first mixture and stir just until blended.
    Bake in greased muffin pans or 8-inch square baking pan 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
