Spanish Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 can Del Monte creamed corn
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
    1 full c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix corn, cream, oil, peppers and cheese.
    Add dry ingredients and eggs.
    Mix.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
