Tokyo Chicken Or Drumsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    2 lb. chicken
Preparation
    In baking dish (12
    x
    8 x 2-inches), stir together soy sauce, sherry,
    water,
    sugar,
    onion
    and
    garlic.
    Marinate chicken several hours.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Uncover, turn and bake 30 minutes or until tender.
    Baste with sauce and serve with rice.
