Tomatoes Lutice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 thickly sliced firm tomatoes
1/4 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil
6 Tbsp. tarragon or cider vinegar
4 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Place tomatoes (peeled if desired) in a shallow non-metallic pan.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over tomatoes and let stand (or refrigerate) for several hours.
Serve.
Serves 8.
