Crabmeat Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream, plus a little more
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Blend until well mixed.
    Chill and serve with crackers, Melba Toast and fresh vegetables.
