Breakfast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pkg. yeast
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. water
2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
6 to 7 c. flour
Preparation

Scald milk and add cool water.
When lukewarm, add yeast, salt, eggs, sugar and shortening.
Add 2 cups flour and mix well.
Add 4 more cups and stir.
Knead in about 1/2 cup more flour.
Place in a greased bowl and let rise to double.
Divide dough.
Roll in rectangles.
Butter and fold each in half.
Cut into 1/2 to 3/4-inch strips.
Pull and twist and wind into a solid circle.
Let rise again.
Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
