Brown Oatmeal Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. lukewarm water
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 cake fresh yeast
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. salt
    5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Pour water over rolled oats; cool.
    Add salad oil softened in lukewarm water, brown sugar and salt.
    Beat in flour to make soft dough.
    Knead; let rise until doubled in bulk.
    Punch down.
    Let rise again.
    Roll 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut any shape desired.
    Let rise until doubled.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
