Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. mushrooms, washed, sliced and parboiled for 5 minutes, then drained
    1 box chicken flavored Stove Top dressing
    Velveeta cheese slices (12 slice pack or larger)
    3/4 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 pt. half and half
Preparation
    Place half the mushrooms, a layer of cheese, half the stuffing and half the seasoning mix into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Repeat these layers one more time.
