Caramel Pop Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks oleo
    1/2 c. white Karo
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally
    and
    boil 5 minutes.\tRemove from heat and add 1 teaspoon soda (will foam, so use rather large pot).
    Stir over bowls
    of
    popped
    corn.
    Place
    in
    large flat pans or cookie sheets.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
