Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 envelopes Knox gelatine (plain)
4 Tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 pkg. Dream Whip, whipped
juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

Mix gelatine with cold water.
Add hot water and lemon juice. Let cool and add pineapple and sugar.
Mix in Dream Whip.
Crumble 1 angel food cake and line pan with cake pieces.
Pour mixture over cake.
Let set overnight.
Ice with 1 package Dream Whip and coconut.
