Tri-Color Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. pkg. tri-color spiral pasta
1 can sliced, pitted jumbo black olives
1 yellow pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 lb. Italian salami, diced
1 large pkg. fresh Mozzarella, diced
1 large container Newman's Italian dressing
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook pasta.
Prepare all other ingredients and toss in a large bowl.
Add salad dressing and toss well.
When pasta is cooked, drain and rinse in cold water until completely cool.
Add to salad and toss again.
Serve chilled.
Best when made the day before. Parmesan cheese is optional and can be added when served.
