Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla
    11 egg yolks
Preparation
    Add slightly beaten egg yolks to 1/2 cup boiling water.
    Beat for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Fold sugar into egg mixture; add flavoring. Pour into 14 x 18-inch pan lined with waxed paper.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Turn out on towel; spread with jelly and roll up.
