Wild Duck With Turnips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 onion
    2 stalks celery
    1 duck
    2 turnips
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Chop onion and celery.
    Peel and chop turnips.
    Cut up duck. Brown flour in oil.
    Add onion and celery; cook for 5 minutes. Put duck and turnips in to brown.
    Add water to barely cover duck. Cover pot and slow cook for 1 1/2 hours.
