Rumaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    chicken livers
    bacon
    sliced water chestnuts
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix together oil, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, pepper and garlic. Cut chicken livers in half and marinate in mixture for 4 hours.
    Drain. Wrap bacon around chicken liver and water chestnut. Secure with toothpick.
    Roll in brown sugar. Broil 10 minutes until crisp.
