Sugar-Free Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    2 c. water
    1 c. plum or prune baby food or 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook raisins in water until dry.
    Mix all ingredients well and bake in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan or Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
