Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. plus 1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. hot water
Preparation

Sift flour.
Mix 3/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa, salt, baking powder, melted butter, milk and vanilla and pour mixture into a greased 10-inch glass pie dish.
