Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

6 pork chops
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
2 c. raw potatoes, sliced
2 c. hot milk
Preparation

Brown chops on both sides in hot frying pan. Grease deep casserole dish and place 3 chops in dish. Combine flour, salt, pepper and parsley. Sprinkle half over chops. Cover with half of potatoes. Repeat layers. Heat milk in skillet in which chops were browned. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover for the last 20 minutes to brown top.
