Pasta, Southern Style, With Chicken And Shrimp(Calorie Saver) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
    1/2 medium onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 lb. mixed vegetables
    1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    1 (14 oz.) jar low-sodium spaghetti sauce
    cayenne pepper to taste
    black pepper to taste
    seasoning salt to taste
Preparation
    Bake chicken with skin on at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until almost tender.
    Drain, then remove and discard the skin and bone.
